Moving Writing | somatic dance and writing workshop

A workshop integrating Skinner Releasing Technique and writing prompts to support your creative practice, to move and be moved by kinaesthetic awareness into embodied writing.

No previous experience necessary, experienced writers and dancers also welcome.

Somatic movement is guided in English with Swedish translation as needed, creative writing in your language of choice.

Workshop led by Julia Adzuki - artist, writer and practitioner of Skinner Releasing for the past 12 years. Certified teacher since 2017 by the Skinner Releasing Institute.
